About Us
Established in 2017, JPD Management and Consultancy Services has been working with a broad base of Businesses in the area of Coaching and Development while at the same time helping them improve their Business Operational Effectiveness.
JPD clients include businesses from sectors including Human Food Production, Heavy and Light Engineering, Services Industry, Hospitality, Construction, Animal Feed Milling, Animal Feed Supplement Manufacturing, Distilleries / Breweries and Specialised Pet Food Production.
Through hands-on experience working with staff at all levels within organisations, JPD have tailored facilitated workshops to meet the needs of its clients and aid them in achieving their full potential.
Working in industry for over thirty years and having successfully held various Management positions, including, Production Manager, Engineering Manager and Operations Manager (for eleven years) in a diverse state of the art animal food production company. James has developed a strong reputation for delivering for businesses. James’ passion lies with Coaching and Developing people throughout all levels within organisations. For essential ‘delivery’ to take place within an organisation, it is critical that business leaders understand their role in developing a strong management team to implement their company strategy.
During his time with Connolly’s Red Mills, the largest private owned, Animal Feed producing company in Ireland, James managed several cross functional departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality Animal Feed. James also Project Lead on several innovative projects. James is a strong believer of growing people through Leadership & Development.
